Return & Exchange Policy
Our company promises that you can apply for a return/exchange within 7 days from the date you actually receive the goods, provided the following conditions are met:
1. Situations supporting 7-day returns/exchanges:
The product itself has quality problems;
The product was damaged during transportation;
The wrong product was sent, or the received product does not match the ordered product, and the product is unused and does not affect resale.
2. Situations not applicable to 7-day no-reason returns:
Personalized customized products;
The product has been used (electronic products are considered used once powered on);
The product itself, functional components, or accessories show signs of wear, scratches, etc.;
The outer packaging of the product is lost or severely damaged (excluding normal opening), affecting resale;
The nature of the product is special and unsuitable for return, and you have clearly confirmed this clause at the time of purchase;
Other situations where the product is in poor condition (such as soiling, deformation, missing accessories, etc.), actually affecting resale.
3. Return Application Process and Instructions
(I) Return/Exchange Application Due to Personal Reasons
Please send an email to the after-sales service center within 7 days of receiving the goods to submit a return/exchange application.
When applying, please ensure that the goods are unused, do not affect resale, and that all accessories and packaging are intact.
The after-sales service center will process the application within 1-3 business days after receiving the email.
You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred for this type of return/exchange.
(II) Return/Exchange Application Due to Quality Issues/Transportation Damage/Wrong Item
Please send an email to service@mail.dashwisp.com within 7 days of receiving the goods to contact the after-sales service center and submit a return/exchange application.
The after-sales service center will process the application within 1-3 business days after receiving the email.
The company will bear the shipping costs incurred for this type of return/exchange. (III) Post-Return Instructions
After your application is approved, please contact the courier company promptly to send the returned goods (we recommend sending them within 7 days of receiving them);
After the courier company signs for the returned goods, they will synchronize the relevant information with our company. We will complete the refund process within 15 business days after confirming that the goods are in the agreed condition;
During the application process, you need to provide the following information through our 24-hour online customer service: order number, name, contact number, and a description of the return (such as the reason for the return, the condition of the goods, etc.).
